Tuesday
7:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. - Progressive
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Beginners
1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. - Progressive
5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. - Unwind your day
Wednesday
7:15am to 8:30am - Beginners
12:00pm to 1:00pm - Progressive
1:15pm to 2:15pm - Advanced
(Clinic closed Sunday and Monday)
Stretch classes are limited to 8 participants who have enrolled for a 10 week term. Many students continue regular stretching by re-enrolling.
When you pay for a 10 week term, there is a start and a finish date; it is not a pass and we do not encourage casual attendance. This ensures the progression of the course.
You are encouraged to work at your own pace.
Please bring a towel or sarong to lie on. Wear loose comfortable clothing like tracksuit pants and a t-shirt (bring a long sleeve top in case you get cold) - warm muscles stretch further!
Mini workshops for Stretch TherapyTM and Massage Tutorials are run throughout the year. This could include something you would like to learn for your workplace (office friendly stretches) or for your leisure activities. Please notify me of your interest in the above.
The clinic will be closed in 2012 during the following dates: 16-20 Feb and 3-19 March inclusive.
